Members of the public may address the City Council concerning matters within the jurisdiction of the City. The City Council may listen to comments but may not deliberate or take action on matters that are not posted on the agenda.
5. DISCUSS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF ZAVALLA
2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
6. DISCUSS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF ZAVALLA 2027 TAX
RATE FOR THE 2026–2027 FISCAL YEAR
Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed City of Zavalla 2026 Tax Rate for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year, including consideration and possible adoption of the tax rate.
7. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council may convene into Executive Session pursuant to applicable provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, if necessary and permitted by law.
8. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
The City Council will reconvene into Open Session and may take any action authorized by law concerning matters discussed in Executive Session.
9. ADJOURNMENT
