NOTICE OF Special called CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Zavalla, Texas, will convene in a Regular Meeting at the date, time, and location stated above. The City Council may discuss, consider, and take action on the following agenda items.

The City Council may convene into Executive Session pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Texas Open Meetings Act, including, as applicable:

A. Consultation with Attorney — Texas Government Code Section 551.071Consultation with the City's attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation, legal matters, or matters in which the attorney's advice is necessary.

B. Personnel Matters — Texas Government Code Section 551.074Discussion regarding personnel matters, appointments, employment, evaluation, duties, discipline, or other personnel matters to the extent permitted by law.

The City Council may reconvene in open session and take any action authorized by law on matters discussed in Executive Session.
