Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.007, any member of the public wishing to address the Council may do so during this time. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes. The City Council may not deliberate on items not on the agenda.

1. Consideration and possible action on Special Called Meeting Minutes for November 20, 2025.
2. Consideration and possible action on 2024 Audit update.
3. Consideration and possible action on Resolution Authorizing Application for financial assistance from the Texas water development board for water system improvements and making certain findings in connection therewith.
4. Consideration and possible action on Oncor claim update.
5. Consideration and possible action on personnel issues.
6. Consideration and possible action on Declaration of Disaster renewal.
7. Consideration and possible action on police vehicle update.
8. Consideration and possible action on employee Christmas party scheduled for December 16, 2025 – update.
9. Consideration and possible action on City hiring policy.
10. Consideration and possible action on Spectrum claim update.
11. Consideration and possible action on the Massey Ferguson tractor.
12. Consideration and possible action on paying bills.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during this meeting to discuss any matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code, including but not limited to:

Section 551.072 – Deliberation Regarding Real Property
Section 551.073 – Deliberation Regarding Gifts/Donations
