7. Discuss and possible action on a water bill adjustment for Donna Fitzgerald. 

8. Discuss and possible action regarding sewer issues experienced by Cindy Bailey since January 1, 2026. 

9. Discuss and possible action on hiring John Carver. 

10. Discuss and possible action on personnel issues. 

11. Discuss and possible action on the Windstream claim. 

12. Discuss and possible action on paying the bills. 

13. Department Head Updates 

14. Executive Session 

The City Council may convene into Executive Session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including but not limited to: 

Section 551.074 - Deliberation regarding personnel matters 

Section 551.071 - Consultation with attorney 

Section 551.072 - Deliberation regarding real property 

Section 551.087 - Deliberation regarding economic development negotiations 

Reconvene into Open Session 

Discuss and take any action deemed necessary as a result of Executive Session discussions.
